The company created a bespoke tour for me that far surpassed my expectations and was value for money. I enjoy mtb in the uk and to experience e- mtb for the first time was amazing and I rode trails otherwise my fitness would have not allowed It’s safe to say I’m now an e-bike convert. If you want to go either mountain biking or just touring this is the company for you. There communication was brilliant and I can’t fault them in any way.

Nejc with Hours Away was exceptional. The e-bikes were all in great condition. We visited some wonderful sites and he was very knowledgeable about the area. He quickly figured out our experience level and tailored our tours to our interests and bicycling ability. He was always punctual and we never had to wait on him. He found out we liked wine and even scheduled a wine tasting at the end of a biking day which was wonderful. One of us (me) likes craft beer and he even went out of his way to make contact with a local one. I had a very nice IPA and even a T-shirt. I don't know how any other cycling tour company could surpass Nejc and Hour-Away!

Our guided tour with Nejc of Hour Away bike tours and cycling holidays was outstanding. Nejc ensured our safety on a 14-day tour of his “backyard” in beautiful Slovenia. As older folks on e-bikes he pushed us to ride roads, two-track and even some single track to incredible vistas in the mountains. While each day was mostly planned, Nejc was flexible and managed to answer a multitude of questions. He knew great cheese makers, wineries and important historical and ecological sites to visit. I highly recommend Hour Away and Nejc.
